Hugh is the Founder of Gascoyne Partners, where he leads proprietary sourcing efforts, evaluates investment opportunities, and supports investment document creation.

He began his career at Ernst & Young before spending 7.5 years with K1 Investment Management in Los Angeles and Long Ridge Equity Partners in New York, both middle-market private equity funds, where he served as Vice President and Head of Sourcing.

Hugh holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in Accounting and Corporate Finance, from the University of Western Australia.
